《2009亞洲小姐競選總決賽》昨晚順利舉行，出爐亞姐是芳齡廿一歲的內地佳麗許瑩，王希瑤總算保得住亞軍，季軍則為台灣佳麗許嘉慧，劉伊心、盛安均大熱倒灶，只得第四及第六。
職業是社交舞導師的(15)許瑩，憑昨晚表現出色及出眾舞藝而奪冠，她獲得獎品、獎金包括價值178萬的鑽石后冠及亞視藝員合約總值超過200萬元。一直被指整形、隆胸的王希瑤在沒有「缽仔糕」的協助下竟能得到亞軍，全因成熟淡定表現，不過當顏子菲替她戴上后冠後，竟戴不穩幾乎掉下來；而許嘉慧在賽前一直未被看好，當選季軍可謂爆冷。

[/td] [/tr] [/table] 伊心喊到妝溶 昨晚大會原本只選出四強，亞視因想比賽更緊湊而臨時加至六強，進身六強的有(2)王希瑤、(6)盛安、(15)許瑩、(16)王津津、(17)許嘉慧及(18)劉伊心，司儀分別宣布盛安、王津津為第六及第五名，接着公布冠、亞、季軍，當劉伊心知道自己只得第四名後，即哭成淚人，妝亦溶掉。
繼準決賽解構亞姐人體後，總決賽再度透視女人身，全晚佳麗以極度性感的裝束示人，其中天使透視短裙無遮無掩地透出佳麗魔鬼身材，加上大會今次嚴打nude bra，佳麗要「打真軍」被迫原形畢露，結果王希瑤的「鬼影變幻球」失去魔法。

[/td] [/tr] [/table] 舞姿性感誘惑 接着佳麗穿上不算性感的金色泳裝以純舞蹈演出，但動作十分挑逗，又扭籮又自摸，猶如跳鋼管舞，當表演完畢後，全場沒甚反應，未知是被挑逗甫士嚇傻了還是在回味中。
事後劉伊心表示一直希望入三甲，她認為輸在未有準備好。問到她是否不服氣？她說：「不知，我只想拿前三名。（很悲傷嗎？）對呀！這是人生最大的遺憾，因為過往選美中都有三甲。」
冠軍許瑩被指爆冷，她說：「自己表現一般，中規中矩，跳舞方面較好。」王希瑤坦言很開心，更好想喊，會先與佳麗們吃飯慶祝。
